Helping Women Feel More Like Themselves Again
I support women and mums through the postpartum haze, the toddler meltdowns, the roommate phase and the constant questioning of "What happened to ME?". I help women to stop feeling so overwhelmed, stop second-guessing everything, and finally breathe again.

You're covered in baby spit, you've got toddler pee on the floor, your hair hasn't been brushed in 3 days
and you're irritable all the time.

I see you. Awake before the sun, already carrying the weight of everyone else's needs. You're making breakfast with one hand and calming a meltdown with the other.

Shushing and bouncing is now ingrained in your DNA. You hear phantom cries in the shower. You can't remember the last time you finished a sentence with your partner, let alone your to-do list.

This isn't what you pictured. And yet... here you are - doing everything, feeling like you're falling apart anyway.

"I snap, then I feel guilty."

"I'm irritable and angry all the time."

"My husband feels like more of a roommate now."

"I love my kids, but I miss who I used to be."

"I feel guilty for not being able to breastfeed."

"I don't know how to relate to my friends since having kids."

"If I don't do it, it doesn't get done."

Instagram Has Lied To You.

It makes it look like motherhood is all soft blankets, beach walks, and rosy-cheeked babies snuggled against your chest.

But up close? It's a blur of cold coffee, decision fatigue, cracked nipples, overstimulation, and second-guessing everything. You might feel in love with your baby and miss your old life. You might be snapping at your partner, feeling disconnected from yourself, and wondering if anyone else feels this stretched.

The truth is, early motherhood is emotionally complex, often messy, and rarely spoken about honestly. That's where I come in.

I support mothers who feel overwhelmed, lost, or like they're carrying it all. Together, we slow things down. We make sense of what you're feeling.  We look for the reason "why" and we get you back to feeling like you can conquer the world (With a baby bottle in one hand and a coffee in the other). You don't have to figure this all out alone.

Hi, I'm Claire!

Your online therapist, mother, animal lover.

Postpartum and motherhood can leave you feeling disoriented. Like somehow you've lost your footing in a life that used to feel familiar.

I'm here to help you find yourself, stop shouting at your kids, reconnect with your partner, set boundaries, and understand what this new season is all about.

ONLINE THERAPY

Support that fits your life, wherever you are.

Life is full. Between the kids, the house, the work, the endless to-do list, it can be hard to find time for yourself, which is why I offer online sessions.

Come as you are. Messy bun, cold coffee, dishes piled up.

No Travel

Skip the commute and fit sessions into your day with ease. Whether it's during nap time, on your lunch break, or after you've finally got the kids to bed in the evening.

Comfort

Talk from your couch, your car, even your bed. Wherever you feel comfortable.

Busy Schedules

Motherhood and womanhood don't come with lots of spare time. Online therapy is designed to meet you where you're at.

Real Connection

I promise you, real connection is possible through a screen. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported.

Accessible

Whether you're in a small town, at home with a newborn, or simply prefer the privacy of your own space, online therapy can fit in where it needs to.

Why Online Therapy Works:

MY MISSION

My mission is to offer a down-to-earth space where you don't have to pretend you're fine. You can show up tired, messy, overwhelmed, and still be met with care and respect.

I'm here to support women and mums who feel like they've lost themselves in the pressure, the parenting, and the constant doing. Together, we'll cut through the noise, the guilt, and the stories about what you're supposed to be, and get you to a place where you can breathe at the end of each day.

This isn't about adding more to your already full plate. It's about letting go of the guilt and doing something for yourself.

Do you want to have a quick chat?

Starting therapy can feel like a big step and you deserve to feel comfortable with the person you're sharing your story with. That's why I offer a free, no pressure 15-min "Get-To-Know-Me" phone call for all new clients.

This is your chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see if we're a good match for what you need right now. There's no commitment, no expectation - just a friendly chat to help you decide if this is the right next step for you.
