Individual Counselling
Counselling is a space for you. It's somewhere to pause, breathe, and work through the things that feel heavy or confusing. In our sessions, we'll explore what's on your mind at your pace, whether that's navigating motherhood, relationships, life transitions, or simply wanting to feel like you don't want to scream all the time. My role isn't to "fix" you, but to support you in making real change. Individual counselling gives you the time and space to be truly heard, while building clarity and confidence in the direction you want to take.

In-Between Session Check-In
Sometimes you just need a little extra support between your regular sessions. This shorter check-in is for existing clients who want to touch base, reflect on progress, or get guidance during a challenging week. It's a practical way to stay connected and supported without waiting for your next full session.

Shorter Online Session
A shorter, more affordable session designed for those who aren't quite ready to commit to ongoing 50-minute therapy. This option offers a starting point where you can explore your concerns, gain clarity, and decide whether counselling feels right for you. All without the pressure of a longer session.

After-Care Program
Finishing active therapy doesn't always mean saying goodbye. My After-Care Program is designed to give you ongoing support as you continue to put your insights and strategies into practice. Once you complete active therapy, you'll have the option to book a check-in session every 3 months for a year.

These sessions are there to help you maintain the progress you've made, notice early signs of stress or relapse, and stay connected with the tools that support your wellbeing. There's no upfront cost or obligation. Think of it as a safety net: a space to reflect, recalibrate, and re-engage if life throws something new your way.

This program allows you to keep working with the same therapist you've already built trust with, rather than starting again with someone new, making the transition out of regular therapy smoother and more supportive.

The After-Care Program provides you with the ongoing option to re-engage in active therapy at any time.
